Work based learning!

For work Based learning things have changed a lot over the past year.
For example over the summer i have a bit of a career change, from family studio portraiture which I still have a slight interest in and would like to experience to joining the Royal Air Force as a photographer.

I came to this decision by looking into the job role itself and from what i found out it would give a chance to travel and still have a stable job (which was an important aspect).
I went down to my local RAF careers base so i could ask any questions that the website didn't really answer for me. I found this very helpful and backed up my decision.

But for work based learning i will have to do some work experience of a length of 10 days. For this i was hoping to do some experience work with the RAF itself but it turns out because of health and safety reasons they do not offer work experience opportunities. Last year i had spoken to a local family portrait studio about working with them for a period of time so i plan to get back in contact with them and work something out.
